Dr. Ratner and her staff are the absolute best. I recently had to make the terrible decision of putting my boy Obi to sleep. Dr. Ratner tried everything she could and even helped me make that tough decision. I was allowed as much time as I wanted to stay with Obi afterwards.

Dr. Ratner is compassionate and quick and to the point. She is a trustworthy and reliable person. She treats every animal like a family member and with that said she doesn't perform unnecessary exams for money or insurance reasons.

With such grace, compassion, respect, and love for all his patients, Dr. Stuart Gross of The Locust Valley Animal Clinic here in Nassau County, LI NY, has by far the best Veterinary Practice. All his patients come first and he stops at nothing to make sure they get the very best of care needed. His Clinic has their own website with a personalized Pet Portal that each pet owner can register to free of charge. I am able to visit the site for the latest information, and access to my pets personal file and info on all his vaccines. Everything I need for my little Monroe is all right in front of me. The site also offers 24/7 access to Dr. Gross should I need him in an emergency or just to answer a question. I feel very confident in Dr. Gross's practice, and his Staff are all as lovely and loving as he is. I recommend Dr. Gross and his Animal Clinic to everyone who asks me about my Veterinian choices. I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Gross for all Veterinary needs. Very gentle but thorough, I know my Monroe is getting the best Veterinary care I can possibly find for him. Dr. Gross also writes very informative articles in our local newspaper and does his research on the latest pet health, food recalls, flea and tick prevention as well as all other aspects of Veterinary care. We love Dr. Stuart Gross, DVM. May God bless him, always.
